Cooking Art involves the preparing of food from raw ingredients to finished dishes as well as seasoning. Included in this Proficiency is cooking, frying, grilling, smoking, sauce making, boiling, seasoning, preparing and presentation, however it does not include confectionery, dessert making or baking, which is part of Baking Art. Higher Proficiencies lead to more delicious dishes with better presentation.
Brewing Art involves the creation of Spirits, Beers and Lagers, ranging from products such as Hop, Barley, Wheat, Rice or any other Grain. This also includes storage and fermentation of drinks and aging techniques as well as barrel preparation and spice/flavoring. Higher Proficiencies result in more complex flavors.
Winemaking Art involves the creation of Wines, Champagnes and other light-alcoholic drinks based on fruits. This also includes storage and fermentation of drinks and aging techniques as well as barrel preparation and spice/flavoring. Higher Proficiencies result in more complex flavors.
Baking Art involves the creation of baking goods, including but not limited to bread, sugary goods, desert, pies and cakes and cookies. Baking Art includes all forms of confectionery, dessert making, and candy making. Higher Proficiencies lead to more fluffier pastries and bread and more flavorful candies and sweets with more complex flavors.
Mixology Art is a more fancy term for bar tending, but also for just mixing drinks and creating new drinks by sourcing products from Brewing and Winemaking Proficiency Characters to create complex mixes, along with other mixing substances. Mixology Art also includes the creation of so called "Essences of", for example Rose-Water, Essence of Vanilla, Essence of Pumpkin, and any other distilling techniques that create a highly concentrated single flavor.
