Commonly seen as a symbol of the north, these animals have been used to perform heavy headlong charges into enemy formations for centuries, rarely being broken from their objective except recently, with the rise of modern technology of the [[Regalian Empire]] in particular. |fauna4desc    = The Etosian Bear is a small species of bear native to the dry island of [[Etosil]], where it has been known for years to the [[Ailor]] settlers. With time, the stories of this animal were exaggerated to fit outsider expectations for a bear, and when the [[Vladno]] came, they were initially disappointed but ultimately still molded the animal into a creature that would still help represent their culture. As such, the animal is commonly associated with the Vladno as it is also one of the most common animals they hunt. The Bear is also well known for its dark fur, which helps it blend into the dark stone of Etosil but also for its white “mask” of fur, the pattern genetic and widely varying in composition.

Aloria is rich in both fauna and flora. This page specifically is dedicated to all recorded, extinct or still living, animals that roam the world of Aloria. All animals are split into their relevant categories. Keep in mind that this list is not final and will be added to when necessary. As a player you may claim one of the animals and try to write a Player Lore Prompt, though remind yourself to consult Lore staff about any relevant descriptions! Anyone is permitted to Roleplay a domesticated feline, canine, or songbird where applicable. For any other wild animal, please consult Lore staff as some animals are too wild and hostile to survive in an urban city like Regalia.
