| Grants the user {{#simple-tooltip: Counter Rage | Counter Rage allows the user to roll a dice (/dice 1 3) for every successful hit or Mundane Technique that an opponent lands on them from Melee Range. If the dice rolls 1, the user gets an auto-guaranteed hit with their weapon on the opponent as a revenge strike. When the user gets an auto-guaranteed hit, this technique goes on a 5 minute cooldown.

Battle Hunger gives the user +1 Strength (that cannot break the limit) and loses -2 Constitution (that can go into negative if the user has 0 Constitution, neither cause gain or loss of Packs). This effect cannot be removed until the Combat Roleplay is done, but it can be activated during the next without Cooldown. Additionally, while Battle Hunger is active, any Abilities or Mundane Techniques used on the user that cause the user to move slower or be unable to run, have these effects instead ignored.

The user may choose a new location within 12 blocks of their previous location and relocate there. This Mundane Technique cannot be used to scale walls or reach higher positions that the user could not reasonably leap or walk to, but can vault over smaller obstacles or people. This Mundane Technique does not grant initiative if landing near someone, leaving the user open to attack. This Mundane Technique has a 15 Minute Cooldown.

After this Mundane Technique is used, the immunity to Displacement and Rooting remains active for 1 minute. This Mundane Technique can only be used once per day, with the single charge refreshing on daily server restart.

Weapon Point Buy is part of the Proficiency System. Its Packs allow a Character to use weapons, and get weapon-related Mundane Techniques. Any learned Technique can be used on any weapon a Character knows how to use.

Weapons can be used to attack people without using their attached Abilities. We encourage dice rolls to resolve disputes when players can't figure out what to do next.
