'''OKA VERSION ALWAYS UNDERNEATH'''
Weapon Point Buy is part of the [[Proficiency]] System. Its Packs allow a Character to use weapons, and get weapon-related Mundane Techniques. Any learned Technique can be used on any weapon a Character knows how to use.

The Weapon Point buy is part of the bigger [[Test]] System. Please read the Proficiency Page first before reading this one. The Weapon Point Buy provides Packs for the Character to become proficient in specific weapons. Each weapon also has a Mundane Technique assigned to it, which is like a Mundane Ability. Despite these Mundane Techniques being assigned to specific Weapon Packs, they can interchangeably be used with different weapons, so long as the Packs are bought.
Weapons can be used to attack people without using their attached Abilities. We encourage dice rolls to resolve disputes when players can't figure out what to do next.
