The substance proved itself time and time again as the Dwarves expanded out from their founding Hold of Olovomm. They fought creatures of the deep earth and even of the surface now considered extinct, while others survive. They also bore great tunnels in the earth and broke down vast minerals for forging and experimentation. This was all on the back of Metalitra, which was used extensively in weapons, tools, and other objects at the height of the expanse of the [[Dwarven Empire]].
