Linguistic Knowledge
Linguistic Knowledge covers the knowing of Linguistic theories and in-depth understanding of what makes a Language, as well as being able to decode the various dialects. Linguistic Knowledge allows individuals to learn additional languages. '18 Points is the maximum amount that can be invested into this Proficiency.'
