Parthas was the personal sword of Issar Ekatios, an Aetosian gladiator who was responsible for establishing the Basileon Chapter of the Bloodcast Order when one the original Councilmasters visited Aetosil following Nicholas Kade’s annexation of the island theocracy. Following Issar’s death, Parthas would become an heirloom of the Basileon Knights, being passed down from one knight to their student for the next century and a half. It would see combat both in and out of the arenas, sharing in the feats of its owners, before being passed on to the next generation when the owner believed their former student was ready to wield it. As such, Aedric Valenheart was gifted Parthas by his former mentor, joining a long lineage of Basileon Knights and adding his own stories to the blade’s growing legacy.

- Bonded Weapon: Parthas is bonded to its owner, Aedric Valenheart, and therefore cannot be taken from them or destroyed beyond repair. It cannot leave emote range of Aedric, and will teleport back to them if taken out of range.
