The Mythic Point buy is part of the bigger Proficiency System. Please read the Proficiency Page first before reading this one. The Mythic Point Buy provides Packs for the Character to become proficient in the hyper specific Dragon Magic school. This School is not publicly accessible. That is to say, since Dragon Magic was lost to the world centuries ago, Dragon Magic can only be manifested by specific Afflictions or Characters. If a Character is turned into any of the below applicable Afflictions or Character designs, any points they previously had invested in Magic Point Buy are removed, and can be re-spent here. Only the listed Afflictions and Character designs below can spend Magic Proficiency in this Point Buy:

Stable Protection The Character is capable of attaching their life energy to that of a person that they are able to physically touch, preventing them from dying no matter how severe their wounds are. Physical contact must be maintained, and the Target still needs to be healed one way or another before the Mage can let go.
Mending Threads The Character gains limited ranged latching with the Mending Threads. Their hands are capable of producing the same white threads used in Draconic Healing, but instead used them to latch onto objects in the distance, and elastically pull them towards themselves or into their hands if the objects are light enough. This is strong enough to for example close and open doors from a distance, move around furniture, and fetch items from a high shelf. This cannot be used to steal items from other Characters or in Combat.
Soul Sight The Character gains the Ability to see the Soul Rivers, the large white flowing rivers of energy running through the skies, though cannot interact with them. Additionally, they can see the glow of a person's soul while focusing on them, which shows rough shapes of suffering, victory, pride, loss, sorrow, and elation, aspects of their life or emotions they have felt and scarred their soul. This allows them for example to identity a soul that is marred by misery and loss, or one that has had a happy and joyous childhood.

Eternity Stasis The Character can enter an eternity Stasis, resulting in their body being encased in indestructible purple crystals that preserves their life and aging, but makes them enter a deep dreamless coma. While in this state, only a Dragonsoul can undo the Eternity Stasis and release the subject within. This Special should only be used in emergencies, as there is no automatic expectation that Dragons (Staff) are required to release your Character quickly, it may take weeks for a Dragonsoul to appear even when asked.
Life's Ending Occasionally the Character may, when physically touching a person, involuntarily receive a lucid vision of their potential death in the distant or near future. This vision does not need to actually be the true way this person will die, it simply projects one of many hundreds of possible ways, as Dragon precognition does not tell of absolute future truth, but possibilities. They can however never see their own Life's Ending, nor can anyone else who also has this Special.
Harm deflection The Character can use localized and remote shielding to protect a person from aesthetic harm. This Special cannot be used in Combat ever, but can be used to for example protect a person from a book falling on their head, cushion their fall if they fall down the stairs or trip over something, or deflect them from stubbing their toes. This effect can be used in the middle of someone hurting themselves to prevent it, or passively applied to a person in Emote Range so that if they become clumsy, they are protected.

Infection Cleansing The Character is able to cleanse lingering Void or Exist Essence from areas in the wider world through Progressions. Larger infection requires ever more Characters with this Special to be present, as a single person may not be able to cleanse all of it. In Roleplay, this Ability allows the Character to cleanse lingering Void or Exist Infection, after-shocks of rapid Magic usage in an area, or Essence that was specifically released on an area.
Mind Sanctity The Character is able to temporarily cleanse the Void or Exist based essence effects on the mind of Afflicted, Cursed, or Arken-Pact individuals. This means they can remove the effects of for example Vampirism on a person and force them to have a conscience for up to 3 minutes, before the infection overpowers their cleansing, and returns. This Special can only be used once per day per person, and essentially returns disabled emotions, conscience (where lost) and the normal personality of a possessed or quasi possessed person.
Soul Passover The Character is able to properly send a Soul to the afterlife and prevent it from becoming Undead or infected with Void or Exist Essence to create an abomination. This Special cannot be used to deny a player who wants to become Undead, and thus requires consent to be used on Player Characters when they have died.

Core Analysis The Character can perform a Core Analysis, reading if it has been tampered with and by who, who last hacked into it and what they made it do but not how the Core answered, and if there are any current routines running, as well as which Dragon made the Core. This can also be used in Progressions.
Ley Critters The Character is able to shape small little Leystone Critters by drawing on Primal Essence to transmute regular marble or stone into Leystone and then using that to construct Leystone Critters. Leystone Critters are small crab-like entities that can perform simple tasks around the house like watering the plants, folding clothes, making tea, etc, however they are no larger than hand-sized, and cannot harm anyone and can be destroyed fairly quickly as they are fragile.
Ley Script The Character is able to create a Leystone tablet and inscribe it with Leyscript. Leyscript can only be read by those who also have this Special, it is essentially an undecipherable written language. However, anyone with the Ancient Speech Pack from Language Point Buy can also read them.
