The Massivecraft Staff functions very differently from most Minecraft server teams. With a server that caters to a wide player-base, there needs to be some delegation of authority. Though their tasks may differ from one to the next, all Staff Departments have a strong hand in ensuring that Massivecraft continues to grow and thrive, be it to enforce the rules, build worlds, or promote the image of the server. | |||
