The Ability and Proficiency System
This page involves the Abilities and Proficiency system, which is a core part of how Combat Roleplay and "Competitive" Roleplay works on Massivecraft. Defensive Point Buy is part of the Proficiency System. Its packs allow a Character to use defensive items, represented by shields, magic tomes, or other similar items not used as a weapon. Any learned Technique can be used with any item a Character knows how to use, and can be flavored however they'd like. Defensive Point Buy includes a set of abilities designed to protect the user from harm, and their allies.

The following packs in this section are specifically for those that have invested a significant amount into Defensive or Tanking Point Buy. By purchasing 4 Defensive or Tanking packs, these two abilities are unlocked for free.
