The Ability and Proficiency System
This page involves the Abilities and Proficiency system, which is a core part of how Combat Roleplay and "Competitive" Roleplay works on Massivecraft. Shielding Point Buy is part of the Proficiency System. Its packs allow a Character to use defensive items, represented by shields, crossguards, magic tomes, or other similar items or weapons. Any learned Technique can be used with any item a Character knows how to use, and can be flavored however they'd like. Shielding Point Buy includes a set of abilities designed to protect the user from harm, and their allies.

Free Packs

The following packs in this section are specifically for those that have invested a significant amount into Shielding or Tanking Point Buy. By purchasing at least 4 Shielding or Tanking packs (or a combination of the two), these two abilities are unlocked for free.
