	The Bancroft Chancellery is a group of offices established by Lord Chancellor Jared I during his tenure, itself a continuation of the New Model style of Government used by Dietrich I. The Chancellory serves as the decision-making apparatus for the Regalian State, enacting laws and regulations to the Regalian citizenry. The Cabinet itself is made up of a mix of Advisors (In Proto-Regalian, Kanzlerrat) and Ministers (In Proto-Regalian, Reichsrat). All Reichsrat Ministerial positions are applied for directly at the Lord Chancellor. This can be done by sending a letter to the Chancellery ((by forum PM'ing LumosJared)) and "writing to impress" for the position. All government positions are beholden to the Lord Chancellor, and Ministers can be removed at any time, for any reason. Every office (except the Kanzlerrat) may appoint their own unofficially registered assistants, clerks and stewards, but these will not be officially recorded or given official power. Ministers may be given a stylized title, such as the Finance Minister being known as the Treasury Secretary.
Finance Minister	The Financial Ministry oversees the allocation of finances, as well as the set levels of taxes and other financial incomes or expenses of the Regalian Empire as a whole. They set the budgets for the other ministries, and provides finances for carrying out government missions. A list of the Finance Ministry’s full rights and responsibilities are as follows. Logistic Minister	The Logistics Minister is charged with managing the logistics that directly relate to the military and state-controlled assets. A list of the Logistics Ministries full rights and responsibilities are as follows. Dictates the forced conscription of soldiers within the Regalian Archipelago. Dictates the allocation of troops, ships, and additional logistics to the Regalian Military. The duty to maintain a ledger of state agents for specific roles, with their noted skillset. As an example, this would record an Allar with knowledge of Hadar's geography.	Ardige Viduggla
State Minister	The Foreign Ministry largely involves itself with making deals and contracts with foreign nations, as well as suzerain states such as the Ithanian Sovereignty, Kingdom of Nordskag, or other smaller clients. They would arrange safe passage for armies through neutral states during wartime, and negotiate peace treaties on behalf of the State. The Foreign Ministry operates with an interior Diplomacy Core, often being sent out on diplomatic missions abroad, and are rumored to also be tasked with organizing less than savory government missions. Arcane Ministers	The Arcane Minster is responsible for overseeing and managing the supernatural activities of the Regalian State. While focused mostly on the Crown Isle, the Minister does have some duties that go beyond the borders of the Regalian Capital. The right to investigate Occult events on the Crown Isle on behalf of the State The right to safely secure Occult objects on behalf of the State The right to register all Noble Court Mages The right to grant White Status permits to Occult Persona on the Crown Isle. The right to declare Black Status on Occult Persona on the Crown Isle with adequate and presented proof of severe Occult-related crimes against the Regalian Empire. Belliard Representative	The Belliard Representative is responsible for the regulation of Puretek on the Crown Isle. The position must always be held by a member of the Guilds of Saint Belliard, be that honorific or otherwise. Whip Secretary	The Whip Minister is the successor of the old Government Whip position, inheriting a heavily altered list of responsibilities and rights to fit the needs of the new model of government. A list of the Whip Reichsrat Minister's full rights and responsibilities are as follows. The right to dictate the performance of an Imperial Summons. This is a 1 on 1 accusation inquest by the Whip in front of the Chancellor, wherein the Whip singles out a Minister or state agent they believe should be fired or disciplined, and try to convince the Chancellor by performing an accusation in front of him at the Regalian Senate Hall. The right to dictate search warrants on Noble Estate to the Old Guard Charter. The right to call noble titleholders to answer for their actions where the Regalian State has an interest. The right to call for a Diet of the Nobility without the consent of the nobility, provided that a justification can be provided in the interests of the State. As an aside note, this still requires three days notice to be given ahead of time. The right to assemble ad hoc committees and tribunals to handle minor matters in the Regalian Capital. Curia Leges

The Curia Leges which is more generally referred to as the Judiciary in the Empire, is the central body that ensures the proper administration of Regalian Law across the Empire. With the Hoherichter or Grand Justicar at its head, individual members have controlling authority over various sectors of law enforcement as well as the legislation in general. The Hoherichter creates laws, while the consuls advise and draft proposals, all with the Unionist Creeds and the moral needs of society in mind. Furthermore, Inspectors have their authority in ensuring that the various law enforcement and military forces around the Capital City function correctly and in line with State Law. The Hoherichter is unofficially the leader of all other members of the Curia Leges, but has no real control over the military inspectors beyond an advisory role. The Curia Leges is also not directly involved with any other Curia beyond just an advisory role.

Curia Leges
	Hoherichter Archduke Charles Montagaard	The Hoherichter is the highest legal officer in the Judiciary of the Curia Leges. The Hoherichter receives law proposals from the Amtsrichters, and decides to implement them. Additionally, the Hoherichter can also change Empire and individual State laws at will. The Hoherichter also ensures the correct functioning of the Judiciary, as well as acting as a last resort court in case a Noble Family wishes to dispute the judgement of a Amtsrichter, or relieve them of their position.
		The Hoherichter has the free ability to change any State Law (they cannot touch Canon Law or Imperial Law) The Hoherichter has a free weapon, but not an armor permit. THe Hoherichter may accept so called Higher Court accusations, meaning to contest the judgement of an Amtsrichter, to re-trial an already concluded trial as a last resort judgement.
	Amtsrichter Vacant Consul Seat Vacant Consul Seat Vacant Consul Seat	The Amtsrichters are the elder justicars of the Empire, meaning they are schooled and versed in the matter of Imperial, Empire, Canon and State Law. These individuals are the primary leaders of court trials, both for commoners as well as nobles. Additionally, they may draft law change proposals to submit to the Hoherichter.
		Amtsrichters may accept so called Court accusations from either commoners or Nobles and then preside over such a trial as judge. Amtsrichters write so called Law Predicts, documents in which they advise the Hoherichter to change, remove, or add a law, pending the Hoherichter's approval.
	Landesgericht Inspector Reynald Typhonus	The Landesgericht Inspector is the legal controller and inspector of the Regalian Guard Force. The Regalian Guard Force, unofficially also referred to as the Bluesteel Order, is a rotating unit of off-duty soldiers that take employ in the capital to guard the capital against criminal elements. The Landesgericht Inspector has executive authority over the guards, meaning he or she may command them to do anything within the authority of the guard command structure, such as patrolling, guarding and arresting. The Landesgericht Inspector furthermore is in charge of also dismissing guards who violate their duties and rights, and potentially also court martial guards who violate military conduct inside the military.
		The Inspector has an instant weapon and heavy armor permit. The Inspector has lower law immunity, meaning the guards may turn a blind eye to minor offences.
	Freisöldner Inspector Noble Jared Kade	The Freisöldner Inspector is the legal controller of the Mercenary forces in the Regalian Empire. This person is in charge of both recording the employment and presence of Sellswords, as well as ensuring that sellswords who violate the contracts or code of conduct get punished.
		The Inspector has an instant weapon and heavy armor permit. The Inspector has lower law immunity, meaning the guards may turn a blind eye to minor offences.
	Kaperflotten Inspector Count Alvaro de Santigo	The Kaperflotten Inspector is the legal controller of the Privateering forces of the Regalian Empire. The Kaperflotten Inspector orders the Privateers in service of the Empire against specific theaters.
		The Inspector has an instant weapons permit, but not an armor permit. The Inspector is immune to collateral laws with regards to dealing with criminals, meaning that they cannot be prosecuted for making deals with criminals as long as the decision serves the good of the Empire. The criminals with who they make deals however, are still liable for prosecution. The Inspector can be persecuted for causing devastating and unwanted diplomatic conflicts.
