Artifacts
Artifacts are items of power and relevance. Their ownership is registered here. Many artifacts have turned the tides of history, and others still are sacred or personally meaningful. It is natural for them to be fiercely competed over. With that in mind, there are some rules about Artifact Conduct and good manners. Artifacts cannot be destroyed by players. Artifacts can be stolen if their owner is incapacitated and all fighting has ended. Artifacts are always recognizable. The repository is IC information. They can be disguised only for short events. Artifacts can be confiscated from inactive players. They are however entitled to a warning. Multiple artifacts of the same type (i.e. jewelry, weapon, shield) cannot be wielded at once.
Tier 1 Tier 1 Artifacts usually either exist as multiple copies, or are less potent. This does not mean that they cannot be sacred or important. They lead the one brave enough to wield them to glory or ruin.
