Weapon Point Buy is part of the Proficiency System. Its Packs allow a Character to use melee weapons (including unarmed), and get melee weapon-related Techniques. Any learned Technique can be used on any weapon a Character knows how to use. Weapons can be used to attack people without using their attached Abilities. We encourage dice rolls to resolve disputes when players can't figure out what to do next. Any character can use a melee weapon with at least one purchase of these Point Buy packs, with the Strength stat being used to determine overall skill. If a Character has no Strength, they are considered incapable of using a melee weapon effectively.
