Melee Point Buy is part of the [[Proficiency]] System. Its Packs allow a Character to use melee weapons, and get melee weapon-related Techniques. Any learned Technique can be used on any weapon a Character knows how to use. Melee Point Buy includes a variety of options for a melee fighter to keep fighting in close quarters.

==Free Packs==
==Melee Combat==
The following packs in this section are specifically for those that have invested a significant amount into Melee or Bruiser Point Buy. By purchasing at least 4 Melee or Bruiser packs (or a combination of the two), these two abilities are unlocked for free.
Melee Weapons can be used to attack people without their attached Abilities. Melee Attack Emotes use Strength Proficiency as Main Combat Stat (for dice rolling). Some form of melee weapon, such as a sword, or mace, is required to make melee attack emotes. Only one of these Point Buy Packs are required for this, and if a character has no Strength, they are considered incapable of using melee based combat effectively. This is the default Main Combat Stat for Melee Weapon Characters, and can be combined with abilities that change Main Defense Stat, but without them, Constitution is used.
====Weapon Throw Pack====
==Melee Point Buy Packs==
This Pack is for those who want to get at least one hit in on a far away opponent.
====Technique Parry Pack====
This Pack is centered around fighting a single opponent, parrying blows before going in for the kill.
