Shielding Point Buy is part of the Proficiency System. Its packs allow a Character to use a shield, of any type. Any learned Technique can be used with any shield a Character knows how to use. Shielding Point Buy includes a set of abilities designed to protect the shield user from harm, and their allies.
Shield Cover
Shield Cover is an Ability that is automatically included in any purchase, meaning that so long as a Character has a single Shielding Point Buy Pack, this Ability is also added for free.
