* Elysian can curse a person for up to 7 days (duration decided by the wielder at the time of cursing), to appear as an Undead (variant depending on their Religion), and swap their Heritage Traits to that of the Undead Type. This curse can only be placed on someone when the wielder knocks out/defeats them in combat.

The user may consume a Charge when using any Spell Point Buy or Mystic Point Buy Ability, to multicast this Ability in the same Emote to a total of three casts, either by targeting different Targets, or stacking on the same Target (anti stacking mechanics in Point Buy Packs may negate single-targeting). Each Multicast consumes one Charge. Ordial Power Charges reset on server-restart. Abilities multi-casted through this Ability are made Ordial in alignment, regardless of source.

This Ability (while sufficient Charges remain) causes Elysian to absorb any incoming Spell Point Buy Pack Abilities used on the wielder, and nullify them completely, regardless of what Dimension they belong to. Spell Point Buy Abilities used on an area of effect or groups that include the wielder also do not affect them.

| Grants the user {{#simple-tooltip: Magic Artillery | This Ability requires that the wielder of Elysian still has at least 1 Charge of Ordial Power remaining. So long as one or more Charges remain, the user is able to instantly convert all remaining Charges to unlock Magic Artillery. Magic Artillery lights up Elysian with a sickly green glow, and allows the user to fire Magic Artillery Shots equivalent to the amount of remaining Ordial Power Charges. Each Magic Artillery Shot is an immensely powerful Magical blast that can do one of two things: Brittle an Armor on a target, or paralyze a chosen limb on a Target for 10 minutes.

| Grants the user {{#simple-tooltip: Lifeless Ground | This Ability allows the user to hover the Artifact above them and kneel. While kneeling, a magical solid Barrier projects around them that only has enough space for them and their artifactm. This Barrier protects them from any harm, but not from Abilities that can break barriers (Mundane Techniques that break Barriers do not work against this Ability.) While in this stance, the user is healed fully, regardless of even dismemberment, but is immobile for 3 minutes. If the barrier is somehow broken, the healing effect is Canceled, and any healing done is reverted, while this Ability is put on a 1 hour cooldown. If the healing completes, it is also put on a 1 hour cooldown. Even though the wielder of Elysian is immune to Exist-based Abilities, the barrier is not. If an Exist Ability dictates a barrier breaking or being pass-through, it applies to the barrier, even if the wielder is immune. This barrier of this Ability can only be broken once per fight, meaning it can only be countered once per combat scene.

===Specials===
* '''Artifact Twice-given:''' This Artifact is a Twice-given Artifact, meaning a second user must be registered as co-owner. This co-owner will wield the Artifact when they are online and the main wielder is offline. The Artifact can be stolen from the second owner. It is not possible to change co-owner after choosing.
* '''Artifact Mindwall:''' The Artifact protects the wielder's mind from foreign influences. While carrying or wielding the Artifact, the user is immune to Control Powers or any other Ability or Mechanic that affects the mind of the user, changed it, or subjects them to any form of foreign control or puppeteering.
* '''Artifact Durability:''' Artifacts are immune to Physical or Magical damage, meaning the item can never be destroyed, degraded, aged, de-aged, corroded, corrupted, or damaged and blunted. Greater entities such as deities however can damage Artifacts. Additionally, the user is also immune to any Abilities or Mechanics that would disarm them.
* '''Artifact Housebound:''' Artifacts have special rules applied to them when a Noble Family has possession of the Artifact. Their Noble Estate becomes a valid Raid-target pursuant the same rules applying to the Aelrrigan Magivault, and a Raid can be initiated against their estate with the intention of stealing the Artifact. Servants owning Artifacts counts as family ownership.
* '''Elysian’s Reputation:''' Elysian is one of the most powerful Ordial Artifacts. Anyone who is the wielder of Elysian unlocks more favorable responses and potential responses that would not normally be available from Ordial Worshipers, especially those who favor the Glacial.
* '''Elysian Mageheart:''' Elysian empowers the wielder, but only those who have 5 Proficiency Points invested in Spell Point Buy at least. While Elysian can be used by non-Mages also, for those with at least 5 Spell Point Buy, Elysian grants +2 Magic Proficiency that can break the Proficiency Limit, and allows the wielder to choose 2 new Point Buy Packs, that they will have access to until they lose Elysian, and thus the Bonus.
* '''Elysian’s Surface:''' Elysian, when looked at by anyone, will never return their own reflection, but the perfect reflection of loved ones, friends, and enemies they have lost, from what they looked like shortly before or during their demise in the mirror.
* '''Elysian's Shape:''' Elysian can impart visual changes to the user, either while using its abilities, while just wielding it, or passively. Such aesthetics are including but not limited to: ghosts, ghostly aesthetics, sickly green glows, reflective surfaces and zinc-like textures and metals. For more, inquire with Lore Staff.
==Lingering Curse of Elysian==
Tier III Artifacts have lingering effects on their hosts, if the hosts have been identified by Lore Staff as "Honorable Users", a definition somewhere between properly using the Artifact beyond self-gain and for community betterment, and also not powergaming with it. A Lingering Curse or Blessing will remain with the host until they retake the Artifact, after which all effects are immediately removed. The following effects are given to the host:
===Specials===
* '''Artifact Hunger:''' This Artifact has thoroughly manifested in the person's mind that they have a permanent tracking Ability on the current owner of the Artifact. Wherever this new owner is, this person can track them down and know where they are even if they use a disguise or shapeshift. This effect is Canceled if the new owner of the Artifact is also an Honorable User, in which case they cannot track the Artifact owner.
* '''Artifact Heritage:''' This user has a lingering power that once belonged to the Artifact, but that they can now use independently of the Artifact. When they re-take the Artifact, this does not stack as all lingering Curse effects are removed when they retake the Artifact. The specific Ability of Elysian that is given by the Lingering Curse is Magic Multicast.
* '''Artifact Memory:''' This user no longer owns the Artifact, but are still recognized as an Honorable user of the Artifact and worthy of its legacy. For this Artifact, it means the now ex-owner still has lingering favor from Glacial Worshipers and Bene-Rexit in Progressions and the wider world.

Tier
Legendary Tier III
Type
Weapon
Elysian, Mirror of the Dead is a magical mirror Artifact of Ordial origins, though one would never be able to tell, as the mirror appears merely like a slab of Zinc with one side polished to such an extent it forms a reflective surface, lacking any black and green colorations. The Artifact has Isldar origins, once being heralded as a piece of mental solace over the loss of loved ones, but later discovered to be an immensely powerful magical Artifact that amplifies the casting abilities of its owner.
Origins
Where Elysian exactly comes from is not known, however it was first mentioned by Isldar migrants as early as 100 AC, as a mirror adorning the central monolith in one of the Shiva Cavern temples. Supposedly, the mirror was the focus point of a pilgrimage site where the faithful could lay their eyes on their loved ones who had gone before, as the mirror would always reflect the dead back at them, never their own reflection. The Mirror however was taken during the Isldar civil war recently, when it was discovered that the mirror held extreme Magical power, and could potentially change the course of the war. It never did however, as one of the Arken took it from its owner, when it eventually disappeared from the public eye.
Appearance
Elysian is a normal-sized mirror, consisting of a two inch thick solid slab of Zinc, the back of which is rough and textured, and the front of which is sanded down and polished to form a reflective surface. The Elysian always prevents touching other surfaces, it always floats gently around or next to the wielder, but can also be summoned and unsummoned from their wrist, when the mirror shrinks and forms a reflective bracer on their arm. Should the Artifact be used however, it immediately ejects from their arm and levitates around them to dispense its Ordial Magic.
Artifact Mechanics
Elysian is an Ordial Magic Artifact. There are rules associated with Artifact Ownership, see the Artifact Page. Artifacts also provide Mechanics.
Permanent Mechanics
Elysian holds a special place to Death Cultists, who respect the holder more, due to its relation to the destruction of the Death Gods such as the Malefica, the Machinist, the Glacial, and the Consigner.
Artifactspark Mechanics
Elysian can curse a person for up to 7 days (duration decided by the wielder at the time of cursing), to appear as an Undead (variant depending on their Religion), and swap their Heritage Traits to that of the Undead Type. This curse can only be placed on someone when the wielder knocks out/defeats them in combat.
Elysian grants the wielder +1 Main Combat Stat (Breaks Cap up to 11) while they are in Gloomrot, except the regions of the Acid Flats, and the Lion's Repose, where instead they have -1 Main Combat Stat.
Elysian's wielder, if attacked by someone who would have +1 Main Combat Stat against Undead/Death Isldar/Geists/Ordial persons, this buff is instead inverted, and it becomes -1 Main Combat Stat.
Elysian grants the wielder Magical armor, meaning they always count as in armor, even if they are not physically wearing any armor. For Combat Roleplay, this counts the same as Mundane Armor.
